Tjala ROOM - Anangu for 'honey ant'

For the Anangu people the honey ant is an occasional treat coveted for its sweet syrupy flavour. In the Uluru Meeting Place, Tjala is a breakout room. A new addition to the conference centre Tjala affords delegates a comfortable and modern boardroom style setting enlightened by Indigenous design elements. It is the largest of three breakout rooms.

MaKU room - Anangu for 'witchetty grub'

Maku is a purpose built breakout room. Maku is designed to maintain delegates' focus by extending design elements from throughout the Uluru Meeting Place. Advanced audiovisual equipment creates a space of modern convenience. Enter Maku to find a relaxing and effortless breakout space brought to life by its irreplaceable location.

TJAKURA room - Anangu for 'giant desert skink'

One of three breakout rooms, Tjakura is often used in combination with Maku. The two rooms are similar in size making them an effortless choice when splitting a delegation into two smaller working groups. The same clean yet powerful Indigenous inspired design vision of the new Uluru Meeting Place creates a welcome sense of consistency and union.

LUNGATA FUNCTION ROOM - Anangu for 'BLUE TONGUE LIZARD'

Any event held in the Lungata Function Room will certainly be elevated to new grounds thanks to its high impact design. A largely glassed function room, Lungata uses panoramic views of the surroundings as inspirational, living artwork. Equipped with all modern conference conveniences Lungata is a powerful venue choice.
