Arnguli Grill - Desert Gardens Hotel
The resilience of the local Anangu people is in a large part due to their abilities to include native bush food in their diet. The Arnguli Grill is named for the local Aboriginal word for bush plum. This luxurious yet relaxed grill restaurant features premium Australian meats and inspired outback cuisine in two and three course set menus.

White Gums Restaurant – Desert Gardens Hotel
There will be no question as to why this buffet breakfast restaurant was named White Gums Restaurant. As you choose from a bountiful selection of hot and cold, traditional and European breakfast options, you eyes will be drawn to the native gardens and soaring white trunks of the ghostly gums outside.

Bunya Bar – Desert Gardens Hotel
The bunya nut is a traditional food of Aboriginal people in diverse areas right across Australia. By day the Bunya Bar is an intimate café that entices with light meals, coffee and cakes. By night candlelight dances across the outdoor bar area, creating a welcoming setting for pre dinner drinks or a nightcap before retiring to your hotel room.
Bough House Restaurant – Outback Pioneer Hotel
Enter the Bough House Restaurant for a dining experience full of authentic outback charm. Its historic décor is complimented by traditional Australian 'tucker' and local desert delicacies served up in a fresh buffet. The Bough House Restaurant is open seasonally and subject to demand.

Kuniya – Sails in the Desert Hotel
For the Anangu people the Kuniya or woma python plays a sacred role in ancient lore. As you step into Kuniya Restaurant your gaze is drawn to the large Indigenous mural and the many sleek python bodies that star in it. This Indigenous focus extends into unique native ingredients found across a menu of inspired flavours. Cuisine is served with the flare of fine dining.
Rockpool – Sails in the Desert
Set by the pool at Sails in the Desert Hotel, Rockpool is a casual al fresco restaurant that features an international menu enlivened by Australia's freshest produce. Rockpool is opened on a seasonal basis.
Gecko’s Café – Resort Town Square
Amid the humming action of the Resort Town Square, Gecko's Café offers relaxed café, terrace and lounge settings perfectly complimented by a menu of light meals, generous Mediterranean style dinners, sweet cakes and great coffee. Gecko's Café is open for lunch and dinner.
